A4 Goes Green with Recycled Polyester
A4, manufacturer of premium sportswear and team uniforms, is now making all its most popular apparel, and the vast majority of its line, with recycled polyester.
FULL STORYStahls’, St. Clair Shores, Mich., recently donated a 16” x 20” Hotronix Fusion heat press and presewn distressed lettering kits in several styles to Specialty Graphic Imaging Association Intl. (SGIA).
The supplies were donated for a five-day workshop hosted by SGIA at its Fairfax, Va. location. The class, “Totally T-Shirts! Garment Screen Printing: Basic to Advanced” was presented by industry veteran Charlie Taublieb, Taublieb Consulting, Greenwood Village, Colo.
Other upcoming sessions that will make use of the donated heat press include “Operation Sublimation, Mission: Wide-Format,” (June 3-4), “Mastering Water-Based Ink Technologies” (Sept. 17-18), and “Operation Sublimation, Mission: Garment (Oct. 15-16).
