Noble Biomaterials, Scranton, Pa., manufacturer of antimicrobial and anti-odor technologies for performance fabrics, announced it has received bluesign Product Line Approval for its XT2 technology.
Through a comprehensive biocidal product review process, Noble demonstrated that the XT2 product line meets bluesign requirements for durability, adherence, efficacy and low human toxicity, among other quality and safety performance measures.
XT2 uses a proprietary process to provide permanent anti-odor protection that does not wash off or wear out. XT2 fibers can be dyed, providing brands with flexibility in design and the freedom to meet end-user wants and needs, according to the company.
