A4 Goes Green with Recycled Polyester
A4, manufacturer of premium sportswear and team uniforms, is now making all its most popular apparel, and the vast majority of its line, with recycled polyester.
FULL STORYInkSoft, Albuquerque, N.M., recently published a blog by industry veteran Marshall Atkinson that asserts now is a great time to start an apparel line.
In this blog, Atkinson says retail is shifting from a brick-and-mortar space to the online space. The same amount of money is being spent, but via a phone, tablet or laptop. For this reason, the blog says, it’s easier than ever before for apparel decorators to design and market their own apparel lines, as they no longer have to convince a retailer to carry them.
Atkinson also walks blog readers through the steps to starting a line, from the idea to business planning, to identifying the target customer, as well as other crucial questions.
