Atkinson Consuiting Names Shop-Improvement Contest Winner

Atkinson Consulting, Memphis, Tenn., has named Devon Brabenec and Superior Merch, Ashland, Ohio, as the winner of its 2017 Kickoff Shop Improvement Contest.

Entrants wrote a short essay outlining their shop’s biggest challenge that they wanted to have immediately resolved. Brabenec’s entry was chosen as the winner because it outlined a common problem that many decorated apparel shops face: finding and obtaining qualified, bigger or repeat clients.

“I thought that Devon’s question was typical of many of the challenges that I see with my other consulting clients,” says Marshall Atkinson, owner, Atkinson Consulting. “They have a good business, but want to develop a strategy to get to the next level.”

For winning the contest, Superior Merch will get a one-hour Atkinson Consulting coaching session, valued at $150.
