The 6” x 10” size can accommodate smaller areas of apparel, like the left chest or the pant leg area of shorts, or smaller types of apparel and accessories, such as youth shirts and smaller tote bags. Using a smaller platen allows the user to drop buttons, zippers and seams off the press to create a smooth surface to ensure successful heat application.
The non-stick platen cover protects the lower platen from adhesives, inks, and wear and tear. Additionally, it helps to increase productivity, allowing the user to slide garments on and off the platen quickly and easily during heat application.
