FULL STORYGraphics One LLC, Burbank, Calif., recently introduced the Metalnox EL 900, a new industrial easy-glide manual heat press.
With an overall transfer area of 27.5” x 43”, it was designed based on client demand for a cost-effective heat press with a transfer platen area that was well suited for medium- to wide-format dye-sub and heat-transfer applications, according to the company.
The Metalnox features plates coated in a double layer of Teflon, even heat and pressure distribution along the entire platen, and an adjustable pressure system. Additionally, the heat press offers a configurable digital control panel for time and temperature settings, as well as a five-year warranty.
The Metalnox EL 900 heat press costs $6,495 and starts shipping in March 2015.
